The New York City Housing Authority (NYCHA) is planning to implement technology improvements and streamline business processes to enhance services provided to customers. To support these improvements, NYCHA will establish Customer Contact Centers that will cause the Section 8 offices in the Bronx, Manhattan and Brooklyn (which also serves Staten Island customers) to move in January 2010.
As of January, owners, tenants and voucher holders should visit the following new Customer Contact Center locations:
Brooklyn and Staten Island: 787 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn (open January 12, 2010)
Bronx: 478 East Fordham Road, Bronx (open January 26, 2010)
Manhattan: 478 East Fordham Road, Bronx (open January 26, 2010)
Please note the new address for the Bronx is the same building as the previous office but now uses a new entrance.
Owners in Queens will continue to receive services at 59-17 Junction Blvd., Queens until May 2010. A new Customer Contact Center will be established at that time at 90-27 Sutphin Boulevard, Jamaica, Queens.

Representatives can assist you in scheduling appointments, requesting forms and receiving additional information.
